How does the free plan work?
Starter is free for up to 3 completed jobs a month, with no credit card. Pro and Team also come with a 14-day free trial so you can try report drafting and team features on real jobs.
What counts as a job?
A job is an inspection you complete in Luma, from quote or booking through to a delivered report. Drafts and cancelled jobs don’t count toward the Starter limit.
Are there limits on AI?
No credits or token counts. Paid plans include AI for normal professional use. If an account’s usage is ever far outside normal, we’ll reach out first.
Does AI write the report for me?
On Pro and Team, Luma can draft most of the report from your findings, photos, readings and lab results. Every draft is marked for your review, nothing is sent until you approve it, and Luma never sets severity or changes a measurement.
Does it work without cell signal?
Yes. Inspections are saved on your device first and sync automatically when you’re back online, including photos.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect right away. If you cancel, you can still view, download and share your existing reports and export your data.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your inspections, photos and reports belong to your firm, and you can export them at any time.
